Pastor Lovette Lea, fell in love with Jesus, her Lord at an early age. She is the baby daughter of the late Deacon Melvin Spears, and Deaconess Retha Spears. She is native of Los Angeles, California. She has been an Educator, Coach, Advisor and Coordinator with Los Angeles Unified School District for over 35 years. She is the mother of two wonderful adult children, Kezia Osborne and Benjamin Osborne.
Her educational experiences include a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Howard University (75) Washington D.C Master’s Degree in Education from The University of San Francisco (77), Reading Specialist Credential experience from Pepperdine University, Administrative Credential from National University and Degree in Divinity from West Angeles Bible College, Los Angeles. She was licensed and ordained as Pastor from Saints of Value World Ministries. She also holds many certificates from various trainings in Coaching Instructional Literacy, Writing, Counseling, Reading and Teacher Training with the Los Angeles Unified School District.
While she attended Howard University, she was, “Saved, “Sanctified” and filled the power of the Holy Ghost “, as well as ordained as a Missionary in 1973 at Star of Bethlehem Church of God in Christ in Washington D.C. under the supervision of Bishop Harvey Lewis, Sr. (Bishop/Overseer to Rhode Island) and First Lady Gloria (Peaches) Lewis. She has been a member of West Angeles Church of God in Christ where the Honorable Bishop Charles E. Blake (Prelate COGIC) is her pastor, and Mrs. Mae Blake, First Lady for almost twenty years. In 2007, she returned to Washington D.C where she was saved as a young woman, blessed and ordained by Bishop Lewis as an Evangelist /Missionary.
She was been ordained as State Overseer Of California by the Bishop Nelson Roberson, Prelate of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Christ International.
She was ordained as a Pastor July 18, 2009 by Apostle Vikki Lee Johnson, Founder Pastor, and CEO, of Saints Of Value Ministries World Wide Ministerial School.
She has worked as an Associate Pastor with Perfecting Christian Fellowship, in Culver City California were Lester Barrie is Senior Pastor (2008-2009)
God has given Lovette a host of gifts. She is a successful professional gospel-recording artist. He himself has nurtured a sparkling ministry, delivering the “Word” with fire, Gifts of Healing, Love and Deliverance as well as speaking into the lives of His precious people and singing to the souls of His people.
There is no doubt that she loves God. He is first in her life today more than ever before. Her prayer is for His mercy, grace and will to continue to grow in her life.
